OUR HISTORY
The Raynard & Peirce Real Estate Co. was incorporated in 1972. Ross Beaujon and Nicholas Fanelli were the founding brokers. The original office was on Railroad Street in Canaan where the real estate company shared space with Raynard & Peirce Inc., the insurance agency. In 1979 both companies relocated to the current site, the Raynard & Peirce building, on Main Street in Canaan. In 1989 Fanelli became the sole owner and broker of the real estate company.
Past agents and brokers affiliated with the real estate company is a litany of local business people, men and women, who helped build the reputation of the company over the years. The real estate business was sold in 2018 to Wendy Eichman, Broker, who was, at the time, one of the real estate company's associate brokers.
